Rachel Swain

Rachel found Launch as a freshman in 2019 and served on the student leadership team and as an intern during her time as a student. In August of 2020, she started serving as volunteer staff, mentoring girls, leading a Bible study on Thursday nights, and helping out with certain events throughout the year. 

Rachel is currently raising support to come on staff full time this upcoming school year. She will continue mentoring girls, and helping coordinate leaders so that each young woman who comes through our ministry has the opportunity to be poured into by either staff or another student. She will also work alongside Ben to help develop our students in their leadership skills and in practice so that they are more prepared to enter, the workplace, the Church, or wherever God calls them to be after college and to lead as Jesus lead.
